Chakra Cleansing Meditation

Have you felt off, gotten upset a lot lately? Felt sluggish? Or just plain ole tired? Then you may have a misaligned or blocked Chakra. In order to fix this, you need to give as much attention to your emotional and energetic body as you do your physical body. Below is an amazing Chakra clearing and alignment clip.
I have had some of my students use this, as well as I have used it. Give yourself 10 minutes, yes just 10 minutes and try it.
Before you begin, remember to first, find a quiet place where you won’t be disturbed for the next 10 minutes. Second, find a comfortable position to sit – it can be in a chair, crossed legged or on your knees, or lay down and when you’re ready, press play.
